3rd Street Films - Amazing Winter Wedding

I have a huge soft spot in my heart for winter weddings.  Maybe it has to do with living in Michigan my whole life, but the more I live here and the more weddings we plan, design, and coordinate, the more I fall in love with the uniqueness of winter weddings and all the natural gorgeous details that are captured during the winter months.  I love how in this video the couple enters Tiger Stadium and all the workers are bundled up while the couple is running on pure adrenaline...have I mentioned how much I LOVE weddings???? :)

One of my top ten planning tips is to hire a videographer.  It is the only thing besides your photographs that will last you a lifetime.  3rd Street Films is one of the premiere wedding videographers around the Metro Detroit area, and this latest video has become one of my all time favorites.  From the bridal parties blue and black attire (which is so classy!!!) to the big flower on the flower girls dress, to the brides gorgeous feather hairpiece, this wedding melted my heart and I had to share!

Real Wedding 2010 ~ Jessica & Brian ~ The Dearborn Inn

We had the pleasure of planning, designing and coordinating Jessica & Brian's September wedding.  With the couple living out of state, we communicated a lot through email, and met a few times in person.  They had an amazing line up of vendors...so without further ado...

The staff at the Dearborn Inn are top notch, from the sales and marketing team, to the event manager, and banquet manager the day of your event.  We had the pleasure of working beside some of the industry's finest!  Thanks to everyone who made this day a success! :)

Wedding Videography - Jamie Honce Productions

I've had the pleasure of getting to know Jamie Honce over the past several weeks.  He is one of those people that make working in the wedding industry so much fun!  He is amazingly talented and I want to get married all over again just so he can film it.

I woke up this morning to an email from Jamie. He had read my blog post from yesterday and had actually used the song "Something Beautiful" by Need to Breath for a film trailer! I have watched it about a half dozen times this morning - I am in love! See for yourself:

Jamie wasn't always a film maker...in fact his entry into the "sales" world was through a painting he sold in college.  You know what he bought with the money...a keg of beer!  Haha...meanwhile he took a job in the corporate world.  His entry back to the world of art, as a film maker, had much to do with the feelings that came from selling a product that held a value to someone.  Jamie worked hard to be able to film his friends wedding, and the business took off from there.  Jamie's genuine passion for what he does and his enthusiasm makes him one of a kind!

What is the investment for Jamie's services? Wedding packages start at $2,900. You may contact Jamie:
